Still Pond was designed by renowned landscape architects Wolfgang Oehme and James van Sweden to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings. Summary: We attended a wedding close by & our family stayed here for a weekend. So much nicer than a hotel! Beautiful grounds, lots of privacy & very kind owner. Charlottesville is short 15-20 drive. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a lovely stay at the Cottage at Still Pond Farm. The rooms are brighter than they appear in photos. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the setting was beautiful. We were in town for UVA graduation and it was a pretty 30 minute drive to the festivities. The owner was always very responsive to messages prior to our stay. We had no issues during our stay. I highly recommend this wonderful cottage!

Summary: Lovely horse farm and peaceful! I was disappointed in the Mountain View as advertised. The stunning mountain view was from the owners house. Overall it was very enjoyable.

Summary: We had such a wonderful long weekend at the cottage. We throughly enjoyed our time at the farm, and the barn cat was an added treat. Very comfortable and immaculate interior. Would highly recommend!

Summary: Great place for a family getaway … beautiful farm setting, mountain views, and plenty of wildlife in the area - we saw wild turkeys walking 20 feet from the dining room windows, and many deer on the morning walks. Charming cottage, plenty of room for our party of six. Clean and well equipped with modern appliances and air conditioning. The best part was the friendly cat that will greet you every morning on the front deck! Great location to visit the area wineries, tour Skyline Drive, or hike the mountain trails that are nearby.

Summary: My college friends and I had an incredible time exploring Charlottesville from the cottage at Still Pond. The home itself is beautiful and welcoming, and Smokie the cat was a real highlight.
